Zhineng Qigong is a method where one will practice with both Body and Mind and it was develop by Dr. Pang Ming in China. Practice Qigong regularly will promote self healing, improve immune system, self-cultivation, improve human potential and bring along health and happiness to one self. The Zhineng Qigong method consists of slow, soft movements that anyone can do regardless of physical condition and age

Qi, the basis of Zhineng Qigong, is the Chinese understanding of a human’s ability to increase and manage qi. Qi means “life force” or “vital energy” in English.

We have regular Group Qigong Practice at our centre on every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday where group of our practitioners practice in a synchronized manner in a strong QI field. The Zhineng Qigong methods which we practice regularly are :-
